跨越：　良好的商誉使三盾在上海及业界享有了相当的知名度。公司现主要为上海通用、上海大众、北京现代、东风日产、一汽大众、武汉神龙、沈阳华晨、芜湖奇瑞等国内著名主机厂配套。

发展：　步入国际市场是我们竞争实力的体现。公司已获得对外经济贸易出口权，现为主机厂开发配套产品200多种，同时出口为奔驰、福特等车型配套。

Step by Step—Lasting Development
Beginning：Sturdy beginning is the base of our continuous success. As soon as SANDUN was founded,we established firm partnership with Hainan Sundiro Motorcycle CO.,Ltd and Shanghai Echor Motorcycle Co.,Ltd in the field of desiging and manufacturing mould and provided over 50 correlative products for their newstyle motorcycles.
Launching：Remarkable product quality earned the favor of customers for SANDUN and promoted the enterprise’s swift development.
Progressing：Good reputation made us enjoy suitable popularity in Shanghai and adjacent industry. Nowadays SANDUN mainly provides custom services for famous automobile manufacturer in China such as SGM, Shanghai Volks Wagen.
Developing：Stepping into the international market displays our competitive advantage. The enterprise has been conferred export trade authority and now provides mould,plastic injection,flocking and assembly products for Sharp,Benz,Ford, etc.

      上海三盾汽车饰件有限公司成立于1994年，位于上海市青浦区华民经济开发区。
      现主要产品类别为汽车饰件的检具、植绒、总成组装等，主要产品包括气辅拉手、中间扶手、车门内饰、各种方向盘、骨架和表皮二次注塑、门板、植绒、ABCD柱植绒、密封条植绒。
      在硬件上：引进国外先进植绒技术，进口了当今世界领先水平的全自动植绒生产流水线；拥有全套模具粗、精加工设备和具有国际先进水平的进口CNC加工中心；拥有80T－1300T的全电脑注塑机10多台，气辅、热流道、模温、水冷辅助等设备齐全。

在软件上：运用当今最新技术，采用并行工程和项目管理的工作方式为客户开发、试制新产品，自始至终密切关注顾客满意度，采用PDCA对过程进行持续改进，采用QFD、FMEA分析、“D”零件管理方法及SPC统计技术对全过程实施监控，实现顾客对产品质量PPM的要求。

Shanghai Sandun Auto Parts Co.,Ltd was founded in 1994,which is located in Huamin Economy Development Zone of Qingpu District in Shanghai.

Our company is mainly engaged in mould design and manufacture, plastic injection, flocking and assembling in the field of auto interior decoration parts and household electrical appliances. Our major products include Air –injection Handle, Middle Armrest Assembly, Sundries Box Assembly Flocking , Steering Wheel Assembly, Column ABCD Flocking, Flocking Weather Strip, Frame and Covering Second Plastic Injection,etc.

In order to improve competitive power and serve customers better, SANDUN places special emphasis on “soft and hard building”.On the hardware, we have introduced into foreign flocking technology and imported the most advanced automatic flocking streamline. On the software, we make full use of the methods of parallel engineering and project management to develop and trial-produce new products and improve customer satisfaction greatly.
